Policies and Procedures
At Anu Medical Spa, we pride ourselves on offering the best care for our clients. Please make yourself aware of our company policies and procedures described below. Our policies have been designed to ensure you enjoy a truly peaceful and relaxing visit with us.
Therapists
All Anu Medical Spa therapists are New Jersey State licensed and trained at Anu Medical Spa. Anu Medical Spa employs both male and female therapists. Please indicate at time of booking if you have a preference.
Booking appointments
Please call us at 856-809-0909 to book all appointments. A credit card is required at the time of booking to hold all appointments. Currently, we do not accept appointments online and we are unable to book, change or cancel appointments online.
Payment Information
We accept credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, and Visa),
cash, money orders, personal checks, American Express Travelers Cheques
and Anu Medical Spa gift certificates. Financing options are also available,
please ask for more information.
Tipping
Industry standard for tipping is 15%-20%, but the amount you leave is completely at your discretion. While cash is preferred by most of the therapists, you may leave the tip on your credit card when you pay for your service.
Punctuality
We respectfully request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. When booking services at Anu Medical Spa, your appointment is scheduled with a therapist, whose time is allocated exclusively for your scheduled treatment. If you are late for a scheduled appointment, our company policy offers you two options:
- You may opt to shorten your treatment
- You may prefer to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time, however, a 50% cancellation charge will be incurred
Cell Phones
To preserve the tranquility of the spa, we respectfully request that mobile telephones be turned off when you enter the Spa.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. However, we do ask that you give us fair warning. You will be telephoned the day before to confirm your appointment. As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is company policy for all clients to give 24 hours notice of cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge of your scheduled treatment.
Refunds
We are sorry, Skin Care products, Spa Treatments and Gift Certificates
are not refundable.
Series, Packages and Programs
Series, Packages and Programs are discounted and must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Exchanges
When you purchase a course of treatments, you will receive a discounted price. Because of this discounted price, the payment is to be made at the beginning of your course. Unfortunately, these courses are not refundable. Anu Medical Spa will honor the outstanding amount in the form of a gift voucher exchangeable for goods or services valid for two (2) years from time of purchase.
Gift Certificates
Let us help you pamper that special person. Gift vouchers for
any treatment, package or spa products may be purchased at the front
desk or from our website via credit card at www.AnuMedicalSpa.com.
